Famous dish from La Mère Brazier
I was lucky enough to have diner at La mère Brazier yesterday and tried their famous Artichoke with Foie Gras! As a tour guide, I had to try this (my job is tough!) to make sure I could recommend during my guided walks!
As of 2014, Lyon has 13 Michelin starred restaurants, 12 of them have 1 star, and only one of them has 2 stars… and this is La Mère Brazier!
Of course, just outside of Lyon, is the Auberge du Pont de Collonges, a 3-star Michelin restaurant owned by M. Paul Bocuse!
